Hi everyone. Guess what Nicole? I solved my problem. Recalbrating the bn
manually worked. It's one of the things that you do in the support
imformation mode. You go to options menu (space with o), then support
information mode (space with i), and then press r for recalbrating the bn.
You have to have the ac adapter on for the recalibrating of it and it'll say
battery test completed when it's done. It takes about 20 hours to do but it
did work. The thing in the user guide that says that you should find a place
so it can chatter away to itself and that you should put a pillow over it is
only applied when you have the speech on. I did it without the speech being
on and it worked just fine for me. Thanks for all of your advice Joseph Lee
and Nicole B. Torcolini.
