Yes. That happens to me too and quite a lot. Sometimes I get this number
that looks like 00.000000.0000 or something like that. I end up having to
reset it. The reset makes it behave, but it's still a nuissance.

Hi list. Sometimes, when I disconnect my BrailleNote apex from AC power
when the unit is turned off, the next time I turn it on, its locked up.
"main menu" shows up on the braille display, but I can't do anything. Has
anyone else had this problem?
