I haven't experienced this. Hmmm, I wonder why you do and I don't? I
assume you unplug from the wall first and then remove the charger from the
machine? Just trying to think what the problem could be.

Hi list. Sometimes, when I disconnect my BrailleNote apex from AC power
when the unit is turned off, the next time I turn it on, its locked up.
"main menu" shows up on the braille display, but I can't do anything. Has
anyone else had this problem?
