Do you unplug the apex/mpower from the wall first, or the
charger from the unit? Because I am trying to see which is better

Hi list. Sometimes, when I disconnect my BrailleNote apex from
AC power
when the unit is turned off, the next time I turn it on, its
locked up.
"main menu" shows up on the braille display, but I can't do
anything. Has
anyone else had this problem?
