I unplug from the wall, then unplug from the Apex. Don't know if
it makes
any difference, but trying to figure out any little differences
that might
account for why some people's units lock up and others don't.

I haven't experienced this.  Hmmm, I wonder why you do and I
don't?  I
assume you unplug from the wall first and then remove the charger
from the
machine?  Just trying to think what the problem could be.

Hi list.  Sometimes, when I disconnect my BrailleNote apex from
AC power
when the unit is turned off, the next time I turn it on, its
locked up.
"main menu" shows up on the braille display, but I can't do
anything.  Has
anyone else had this problem?
