Hi list. I did a 1 2 3 reset on the Apex last week and the Oxford dictionary and GPS disappeared. I got the GPS back because the software was on my SD card. However, I had to download the Oxford from the HW site and install it from an sd card which I did. However the file was deleted from the card once installed. Anyway, does anyone know why both programs disappeared? I guess this may have already been covered but it was a shock to find both programs gone. OK, now for an off topic question. I won't go in to all the gory details, but has anyone ever ordered MP3 downloads from Amazon.com? I tried to do so last night, was charged for an album but never got the download. Fortunately, I was able to find an actual toll free number to call which I did. I tried with phone assistance to download the album, could not, so they refunded the charge. I found the entire process extremely frustrating and can not imagine how anyone, blind or sighted, can download mp3 albums from the Amazon site. Does anyone know of a more accessible site for this? Looking forward to your comments on this. If you want to write off list as this part is OT, please feel free to do so. Thanks, Jim ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
