I have been looking through the messages particularly regarding the Apex. I am still having issues with mine.
The one I have noticed lately is that sometimes, when the Braillenote is plugged in and I turn it off, the Braille display dots do not elevate, but rather it stays flat. Why would that be? Also, sometimes, when I either plug in or unplug the Braillenote, it automatically resets itself. It has even reset itself when I am just Brailling. I actually lost almost an entire document because of the reset. Looking forward to an explanation of these matters. Thanks.
