Yes, according to one company whose name I cannot remember, July will
spell the end of the current trade-in values and see them drop some.

As to GPS for Vicky, why not just get the Apex and put gps on it? Then
you will have one machine, and it will do everything. I realize the
Apex, while small, is still not as small as a PK, but it is light and
thin, plus (they say) faster at creating routes and loading maps.
