Hi folks, Even I canot figure out how to solve this problem. Ever since my Apex received water damage, part of the Braille display shows odd characters. The first four or five cells display current text, but cells six through thirty-two display DOTS 2-5-7-8. Is there a way to fix this without having to send it in? BTW, after water damage, my BrailleNote cam back to life when I left it on a dry place for several hours. Cheers, Joseph
