Hello Joseph, I don't know if this would work. But! you might give it a try. Spray it down with some compressed air and then exercise the display. The first time hold the compressed air can upside down to putout more of the cleaning solution and then spray with the can rightside up too help dry it. Anyway, it's just a thought. Hi folks, Even I canot figure out how to solve this problem. Ever since my

received water damage, part of the Braille display shows odd
characters. The
first four or five cells display current text, but cells six

thirty-two display DOTS 2-5-7-8. Is there a way to fix this

to send it in? BTW, after water damage, my BrailleNote cam back
to life when
