No that doesn't happen with the apex. It doesn't go to 100 nd then 95 and back up to 100. It goes to 100 and then drops to 95 but I think that only happens when I have something plugged in. Not sure though I will have to try it again.

my impower doesn't do that. also, the impower doesn't go to 100 then
to 95 then 100

Hi Malaina,
Your BrailleNote isn't always charging when it's plugged in. It
discharges
some before it begins to recharge.
This is normal behavior and maximizes battery life.
The same thing happens on all sorts of devices, except you don't
get to see
the percentage readings on most of them.
