Hi,
That's normal for it to happen. KeySoft is just checking to make sure
there's no corrupted files or memory.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] message memory scan when doing a 5 second reset

My subject line says it all basically. I just started getting
this message yesterday. After I installed the USB drivers to use
my apex as a braille display. What does this mean and should I
be concerned? I still haven't been able to connect my display
via bluetooth or USB. I changed the comport to 1 installed the
correct drivers. BTW I had to do a reset before my computer
would see my bn for some reason. But, after that I got te
prompts I expected.
