Hi list members, I've been trying to pair and connect my Apex 32 QT and iPhone 4 with the latest firmware, and I have not been successful. can anyone help me please? I also called Humanware techsupport. I updated both devices. I resetted both units. I waited a long time for iPhone to detect Apex as suggested but, the bottom line is that iPhone kept saying that it's searching and not finding the Braille Note Apex. I googled this issue and saw some users having the same problem, but I haven't seen any solution. The recent newsletter from Humanware says that it can be done easily. Are there more steps to the direction provided by Humanware with the lin above? If so, I would really appreciate if you could help. Thank you so much.
