They said that a lot of people have had the problems I have had. I am not sure if the new case will be an exact replacement or if it will have some upgrades, but hopefully I will know in a few days. If you are having problems with your case, you may be able to request a free replacement. Again, this is for the Apex only, and I am not sure how far back the problem goes. For example, VoiceNote Apex users may not be entitled to this since the vn is so new that it may have the newer case already (if indeed the replacement is a new design and not just the same thing I have now).
