Hi, Welcome to the list. I'm sure there would be someone who'd be willing to help you out. What type of braillenote do you have and what keyboard are you using, as well as KeySoft version? That way people who have your configuration could help you better. As for setting up instant messaging, if you have Gmail, you could go to Main menu/Chat/Options and use one of the items to set up for Google Talk. The settings are: 8 User name and password are same as in Gmail. * server: talk.google.com. * Port: 5222. Cheers, Joseph
