Here are the steps:
1. Go to HumanWare website (www.humanware.com).
2. Go to Support link.
3. Go to BrailleNote Apex link.
4. Go to Software link.
5. Go to KeySoft 9.1 link.
6. Go to Download upgrade (or similar) link. BrailleNote will
then ask you to download the file.
Did you manage to obtain the license key?
