Hi, all. I gave Humanware a call about the Apex case replacement. I'm not having any problems with my case, but want to do what I can to keep my Apex safe. The lady who answered said they are sending out replacement cases to those who are having problems with the velcro being loose. So it's not like a recall of all the old cases. I suppose I could have gotten a case anyway, but I imagine I would have had to pay for it, and since my velcro seems secure, I didn't push it.
