I apologize if this question has been asked before. When did Humanware
change cases for the Apex? How can you tell if you have the old case or the
new case?

I like my Apex. I have the 18 cell unit. My only disappointment is that the
18 cell units do not work with the iPhone yet. I hope Humanware and Apple
will do what is necessary to make the 18 cell units work with the iPhone as
the 32 cell units do. I want to use my Apex with my iPhone.

Have a good day all.

Subject: [Braillenote] Latest on Apex cases

Hi, all. I gave Humanware a call about the Apex case replacement. I'm not
having any problems with my case, but want to do what I can to keep my Apex
safe. The lady who answered said they are sending out replacement cases to
those who are having problems with the velcro being loose. So it's not like
a recall of all the old cases. I suppose I could have gotten a case anyway,
but I imagine I would have had to pay for it, and since my velcro seems
secure, I didn't push it.

Just thought I'd share my info about the case.

Peggy
