Hi,

I have gone through the same problem. And so far, unfortunately no solution.

I even brought my apex to apple store and tested with 6 different iphones.

1. Suggestions to be made so far:
reinstall keysoft 9.0.2
reset apex
reset Iphone

Interesting thing is that I can use my apex with Macbook via bluetooth without
any problem.

The only thing that I can think of is that I have changed the default
braillenote name on bluetooth. By any reason, this could be something. In other
words, the iphone looks for a specific name for its braille display. I have
changed it to BNdisplay. The problem is that I don't know what the original
name is.
If there is any of you who can check this for me, that will be great.

Eugene
