Hi,
I noticed it as well. At least FM Radio chip is in there - all HW needs to
do is restore recording FM Radio.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] recording with apex and mpower

Hello listers. I was messing with my voicenote mpower and was surprised to
find that you can record using not only the internal and external mic's but
also the FM radio. On the Apex though it appears to have a choice of mic
option, it doesn't. Well, my Apex doesn't. It only lets me record using
the internal mic, no external mic or FM radio choices exist. Just another
strange anomaly between the two units. I am curious about other people's
findings on this but basically feel that audio recording on either unit
ranks very low on things I would work on in future upgrades, unless they
want to put in the ability to create mp3 files on the Apex. That might be
worthwhile. Jim
