Thanks, a great idea, except that unfortunately there is no registry editor 
accessible to the command line.  However, I will try to play with the registry 
over RAPI using the ActiveSync connection.  I've installed an Open Source 
implementation of that monstrosity on my Linux box, and will see if I can't 
enumerate and update the registry.  The enumeration has so far been extremely 
shaky. :-(  It might be better using the Windows development tools, except 
HumanWare has no SDK module for our platform.
