Regedit.exe is the editor, and it isn't supplied. So, this does not work. However, I've found something that does: services unregister ftpd services unregister telnetd softreset This stops telnet and FTP from starting on boot, which is precisely what we want. Of course, it only lasts until the soft memory is erased, i.e., with 4-5-6-reset (JKL-reset). Unfortunately, the circumstances for finding this hack are not easily repeatable, so I need to do some mort investigation.
