Hi,
I (and other experts) are seeking motivated, talented people to discuss KeySoft features in more detail (more detailed than what you can imagine). We (the geeks) are discussing softj5 development for KeySoft-like programs, advanced topics such as power states and operating system and KeySoft analysis (algorithms, compatibility and other advanced topics). Due to the information present in this type of discussion, I'd like to limit the size of our "experts group" at first, then perhaps discussing opening this discussion up for other people's benefit. As such, I'd like to ask if you wish to join this discussion (it's not a mailing list) if you are: * A power BrailleNote user who knows workings of KeySoft - upgrades, utilizing advanced features of KeySoft and so on (mostly knowing what you are doing with your BrailleNote). * Feel confident in programming or discussions on computer science topics. * Interested in knowing more about advanced capabilities of BrailleNote and KeySoft and have ability to explain it to the general public.
So, what do we discuss? So far, the list includes:
* Different behavior of BrailleNote when various power states are invoked - turning off, deep sleep, etc. * Software development and compatibility of our programs with Windows CE and KeySoft. * Advanced features, such as system file manipulations, web browsing limits and Word support. * Programming topics, such as software development, testing and debugging and so forth (because each of us specialize in a different programming language). So, if you feel like a geek with tons of experience working with KeySoft, feel free to email me, Alex or Nicole for more information (I'd like to see future computer science students and professionals joining this discussion).
Cheers,
Joseph
