I have my Apex for about 2 weeks, and it crashes quite often. It happened on the Internet, keyword, keyplan and keylist. Is this normal behavior? Also on at least 3 occasions it reset by itself. It was in my purse twice so I wonder if the reset was pushed accidentally. I had little problems with my Mpower. Yesterday after it reset itself, it gave me a disk error and wanted to restore to default settings. I initial said yes but it I'd lose my data so I hit no. I pressed reset and it worked normally. Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do? Or I just live with it until such time as there's software update. Thanks. Grace ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
