hey lucy,
I have had that problem too. 2007 docx format is also
inaccessible at the time of this writing. What I would do is
open it on the computer, save it again, and re-open using the BN.

Subject: [Braillenote] Inaccessible DOC files
Hi all,
I have always found DOC files to work well with the
BrailleNote, but recently I've received several which do not.
When the BrailleNote's speech is on, the file, when opened, says,
"Indent". I'm not sure how to reproduce the sign displayed in
braille, but it looks like dots 1, 2, 4, and 6 followed by the
letters l, g, and e. This is all the files contain. Can anyone
explain why this may be happening and what I (or the person
sending the file) can do to solve this problem?
Thank you!
Lucy
