Hello everyone. I recently acquired a used BrailleNote PK from a friend. He naturally had it configured the way he wanted it, and removed the default database files and games because he wasn't using them. I would like to know if there is a way to reinstall keysoft so that all of the missing features are restored. Basically, I'd like it to look like a brand new BrailleNote when I turn it on. Upgrading to Build 21 of Keysoft 8 did not accomplish this. I also tried holding down dots one two and three with buttons C3 and C4. This did not work either. Any assistance which anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
