Hi, You need to delete ALL folders from Flash Disk to accomplish this. From Main Menu, go to File Manager, then Directory. At the drive prompt, select Flash Disk; at the folder prompt, press SPACE to move to the list of folders. Then at each folder name, press BACKSPACE with DOTS 2-3-5-6 (answering yes when prompted to delete the folder). Note that you need to back up any personal data you have onto storage card before doing this. Cheers, Joseph

He naturally had it configured the way he wanted it, and removed the default database files and games because he wasn't using them. I would like to know if there is a way to reinstall keysoft so that all of the missing features are restored. Basically, I'd like it to look like a brand new BrailleNote when I turn it on. Upgrading to Build 21 of Keysoft 8 did not accomplish this. I also tried holding down dots one two and three with buttons C3 and C4. This did not work either.
