Hi list, I don't know if I ever related this. It pays to
persist. A while back I had inquired of this list if anyone
could listen to KQED radio 88.5 in San Francisco. Several of you
were able to do so and pointed out how to do it.
I contacted the station and asked them if they could make a link
that would just take you to an MP3 stream. Within 2 to 3 days
they had done so. This was great responsiveness on their part
and I commended them for doing that. I wish other stations would
be as willing to do so. The link works great on the Apex and
also on the Mpower. I can't call up the URL but if you are
interested, look on the KQED site for listen live then search for
an MP3 link.
