Well, it is a 500 code, so it is not forbidden, restricted, not found, or other 400 codes. It almost sounds like there is some code that is locking you out, maybe based on your browser or maybe on your operating system. If possible, try it from another mobile device, such as a PDA, iPod or smartphone, another braille notetaker... If this is not possible, ask the administrator if there is a mobile site available and, if so, how to access it.
