Hello, again,
I don't want to clog the list with this issue, but I want to let everyone
know that I solved my ActiveSync problem. I'm not quite sure how but I
suspect that setting My Norton Security settings to their defaults made the
difference. Just a thought, for whatever it's worth.

Subject: [Braillenote] Active Sync Issue
Hello, everyone,
I will begin by saying that I use an Apex running the latest version of
KeySoft.
I upgraded the KeySync software to version 4. Since upgrading to that
version, I have not been able to synchronize my contacts and planner. I
suspect that there is something wrong with the KeySync software but tech
support says no. I say this because I have another PDA which synchronizes
just fine. However, I update addresses and calendar items using the
BrailleNote so that's what I want to synchronize first. I have Norton
Internet Security on my computer but I have disabled the firewall feature.
I get a message that asks me to make sure that both ActiveSync and KeySync
are connected and running, and they are. I was able to sync with no
problem before upgrading to the latest version of KeySync. I will also
add that my husband uses a BrailleNote M-Power and I can't synchronize
with his machine, either. All of the reasons given above are what leads
me to think that this is a KeySync issue.
Any advice and help would be much appreciated.
