Alex, no, the 4-5-6 is a clear settings reset, holding down the
reset button for about five or six seconds is a hardware reset.
I think that will erase all your stuff, back up everything before
you do that.

PS: The clear settings reset won't erase your stuff, I had to do
that on my friends BN once and when I looked all his stuff was
still there.
