Hi,
I had the same problem with the voice going off on my Apex, and I
had other problems with it, too. I had to send my unit in to be
checked out.

Hi Sharon, Even I have the same problem with voice going off
suddenly. Like as you say, I too reset and get voice again. Now
how do you find using the apex? Is it more comfortable compared
with the pk? What did you do with the pk as now you are using the
apex. Are you just keeping the pk in store as spare? I keep
space in the flash disk drive by saving files in the compact
flash Cf card. Do you use wireless connection for your internet
