Hi all,
I am writing this email on my backup BrailleNote as my primary
one (an MPower BT 32 running version 8 of KeySoft) currently
won't turn on. I have no idea what happened. Except for the
occasional file deletions I posted about earlier this week, the
BrailleNote was fine as of last night, but when I went to turn it
on this morning, nothing happened. It won't take a charge or
respond to any of the standard resets.
Obviously this is a huge problem; any help at all would be
very very appreciated.
