Welcome to the list. I'm sure you'll like this forum.
So, to get to word processor and to calculator, form Main Menu, press
W for Wordprocessor. BrailleNote displays, "KeyWord Menu." To get to
calculator from main menu, press S. BrailleNote says, "KeyPlus; 0."
As for getting to know the unit, I suggest that you read the User
Guide in addition to tutorials and asking questions on the unit and
try out basic functions of the unit to get familiar with the Apex.
Also, try getting help by pressing SPACE with H (The HELP key on
QWERTY keyboard) to receive instructions on what to do at a prompt or
a program. BTW, is Apex your first BrailleNote or braille notetaker of
its kind?
