I'm not sure why the Apex won't read the file, but I know that
doc files
created with the SENSE won't open with the Apex and doc files
created on the
Apex won't open on the Sense.
If you have a PC, you can open the file and save it as ASCII
text. You
could also try saving the open file as a Word file. Both the
APEX and Sense
will open doc files created with a PC.
