The only meaningful way BrailleNote handles PowerPoint, as far as I know, is as 
a browser for HTML conversions of PowerPoint files.  Anything else will have to 
be done using a computer, with BrailleNote being the display.  Conceivably, you 
could professionalise by using Bluetooth to control the slides from afar and 
have transition effects to indicate slide changes, but at this point I grow 
somewhat weary.

As an aside: one of the reasons I ended up getting a PacMate was for its 
rudimentary, but usable, PowerPoint support.  Even though I was using it as a 
viewer and not as a presenter, it was quite nice having access to the same 
material being presented in braille only.
