Question 1, no, can't create them,
Q 2, can read them with Apex, yes.
Might I suggest he signs up for the BN list so we can also talk to him directly?
Just saying.

Hell everyone,
I have a student who loves his BrailleNote. He's currently using an APEX. He
recently participated in a webinar and came away from it with the
understanding that one can "do" PowerPoints on the APEX. I asked to explain
if this meant you could *create* PowerPoints on the BrailleNote --which
would be news to me --or simply control a PowerPoint as you are presenting,
meaning use the BrailleNote as a braille display from which to control a
computer equipped with JAWS which is displaying a powerpoint presentation.
He wasn't sure. Can someone please shed light on this? What are and aren't
the capabilities of a BrailleNote when it comes to PowerPoint.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Missy
