Hi.  I took delivery of my new Apex in early June and have had problems from
day one.  The keyboard would freeze as if I had turned it off.  Humanware
are now putting in a new mother board for me.  I really hope this fixes the
problem - it's very disconcerting to have this happen in the middle of a
training session that I am delivering, as happened last week.  I really like
the Apex so hope this will do the trick.  I sometimes think we are too
tolerant - if we had the same problems with a standard computer we had
recently bought we would surely send it straight back.  

 

I'll let you know if the repair solves the problem.
