I have both the iphone and a braillle note apex. As others have mentioned,
I like to read in braille wheneever possible.
While a braille display with the iphone might work well, (haven't tried with
the apex yet), I see two problems.
1. carrying two pieces of equipment for one job.
2. using up the battery on the phone while reading or taking notes, then
where are you when you need the phone?
Maybe some of this will be solved in the future by better and smaller
battery technology and a bettter cheaper braille display alternative.
Also, there is the access issue. However, this is not the problem it used
to be. As a matter of fact, I feel that humanware has kept the braillenote
purposely stupid in some respects.
Get rid of the two file system display modes, and just show me a tree like
any other device. I can understand hitting enter on a folder to open.
That is probabgly my biggest beef with my apex. Constantly having to get
into and out of folder mode.
