Hi,
I know that mPower and Classic (and perhaps PK) manuals had this topic on their guides. It was mainly used as battery diagnostics portal. As of Apex, the "real" uses of Support Information mode are threefold: formatting either internal flash or SD card (S/undocumented command), memory information (SPACE with I) and exercising the display (X). I'd be happy to repost the article I've created on that topic on this list (if people wants it).
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi,
I, too, have searched the Apex manual trying to find the information on the
Support Mode.

If that information is in there I would like for someone to please point it
out.

It really frustrates me when this type of information is not readily
available.

It is not the first time I have found the manual lacking.

Crystal
