As one of the developers of BrailleNote Users (the successor to
BrailleNote PBWorks), I'd like to give you some progress report
on the new site:
As of mid-August 2011, I'm happy to report that we now have the
basic foundation from where we could start building the content
of the website. This means that the time for user testing is not
far off - meaning that you'll get a chance to see the feel of the
new site in a couple of weeks (or even days). The foundation we
laid is more powerful than that of what we could've done with
PBWorks edition - being able to create our own navigation
controls, updated visual elements and so forth.
Right now, when you go to www.braillenoteusers.info, you'll see a
construction message. However, I'm safe to say that the "real"
content of the site resembles that of our existing PBWorks site
and can be accessed through a hidden file (which I'll give
details when the site is ready for testing).
