I'm way behind on email, mostly due to catching up with all the messages
regarding the Apple releases last week. But, I know at least two or three of
us couldn't get the personal hotspot feature from AT&T to work until we went
into iTunes and changed the default name of our iPhone. For some reason, and
I'm thinking it was due to the special characters that somehow get put into the
name at setup, the Apex just didn't like it, although my Sense notetakers had
no problem with the original name. Oh, and looks like one can now change the
name right on the iPhone without going to iTunes, at least on the iPhone 4S I'm
using.
