Not very, as it is based on Windows CE. Basically, we are stuck with whatever CE6 (CE4.2 on the mPower, PK, and Classic) includes, and there is little HW can do to substantially update it. We are further limited by the conversion to braille and text, preventing newer technologies from working properly (ajax, dhtml, aria, all that).
