Tom, at present this can't be done. While I can't comment on Window-eyes, I know that a limitation in the JAWS scripting language is that it recognises only four Braille keys at a time. This means you can't make scripts to do what your student wants. Window-eyes may well not have this limitation. We're looking at seeing if we can modify our JAWS driver for this.
