I am sorry I am replying to this so many days after it was sent. Laura,
I fell your pain. Many times I have lost not parts of documents, but whole
documents. I wrote in my journal, left and came back to find the whole
53-braille-page document empty. I took a test (I'm in school still) with 75
questions, and it wouldn't print. When I came into the file to look at it,
it was empty and I had to do it over again. I havel ost many many things and
it is very infuriating! I do believe it is a buildup of hard drive contents,
in my case, but 7 megs is more than enough to satisfy the Braille-Note's
needs. I therefore can only offer my sorrow and my understanding. I hope
this bug will be fixed soon.
