Hi there Naomi, How long did you wait before you reset your unit? For instance, one time I clicked to open a msg and for some reason, it took forever. But I just plugged in the charger and found something else to do, and sure enough, about a minute and a half later, my msg popped up. I would at least give the unit 10 minutes (that may be a bit extreme), before I would decide to reset my unit. Sometimes just plugging in the charger and leaving the unit alone well let the msg open or delete, or be coped, oh have done to it whatever the bn is trying to do. *grin* Unfortunately, sometimes it doesn't.
