I will be receiving GPS version 2.0 as a new purchase very soon. Regarding the receivers, it is my understanding that the receiver shipped by PDI is different than the one shipped by Sendero. I had heard that the receiver used by Sendero is newer and therefore tracks more satellites and uses WAZ technology. So my questions are as follows.
1. Are different receivers being used? If so, why is this the case? 2. Given the need for preciseness when creating routes, does the Sendero receiver have advantages to the user? 3. Will PDI be selling the same receiver as the Sendero Group, and if so, which one will I receive? Assuming there isn't a delay in shipment, I'm hoping to have GPS in a month or so. Thanks in advance for the info. Best Regards, Les -- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus (http://www.grisoft.com).
