Dear Paul, I would like to see a major upgrade during the summer, but I want the quality of the product to be excellent. I like Gw Micro's policy of not releasing a product until it's right. PDI needs to do the same.
I use and own all of the family of the BrailleNote. I use my VoiceNote as a remote synthesizer; my older BN QT as a braille display with my DeskTalk, and my new BN QT 32 as a portable stand-alone device. PDI used to sell laptops, I think it was aToshiba or Eureka. I think they should consider selling a very small lightweight laptop, possibly the LapTalk. That way, people could have the best of both worlds: the greatest braille display and PDA to be used in conjunction with a lightweight laptop. When PDI offered these things, they even installed the person's screen reader of choice. I'm personally satisfied with My bn family, because I use it in conjunction with my DeskTalk but I want to see improvements for the BN so I could use it more and use my PC less.
