Eva,
There may be a possibility that the battery is in fact bad but then it may
need to be exercised a bit. Use it a few times steadily then determine
what is happening with it! There are things that draw on the battery even
though the BN is turned off. Also remove flash cards from the unit. These
draw power from the BN as well for what it is worth!

Hi listers,
After I did the recalibrating of the battery, the battery served me
for only about ten hours in a period of four days. Is that normal for
all braille note batteries or is my battery not good despite the fact
that it's supposed to be brand new? Yesterday, before I turned it off,
the level of power was fifteen percent. When I turned it on today, it
gave me the battery is low warning and the level was zero percent. I am
almost sure that it's bad. I am waiting for your answers to be assured
as you have experience.
Thanks to all
God bless
Eva
