I got my GPS from Sendero Group instead of PDH. My BN with GPS is on its way to me and should be back tomorrow, but let me just pop my micro drive with the maps into my work BN that I'm borrowing, and see what documents I have where.

Okay, I went to the file manager, chose directory, and chose the storage card. Among all the folders on my micro drive containing maps of the U.S. I have a folder called documents. I also have a folder called poi. Let me look in the documents file. I have the gps bt user guide v2, the gps qt user guide v2, gps v2 bt manual.doc, gps v2 manual qt.doc, readmegps v2.doc, Sportrak getting started.doc, sportrak text manual.txt, and that's it. I don't know if things are set up differently when you get GPS from PDH; just thought I'd share where my documents are located. Now, I just have to wait for my BN to come back, which will hopefully be tomorrow. <sigh>

Hi all,

Sue, we know that the GPS software is on the compactflash card. I had
done a search of the entire card and have found the gps exe file. I
have found the manuals folder and there is one document in it which is
the manual for the BN related to the GPS, *not* the manual for the
receiver. I did get the command summary in hard copy braille, but I
didn't get any manual on the receiver at all. I was, frankly
astonished that the manual did not contain two or three chapters on
the receiver, but I figured that I'd just muddle through and it would
probably work out OK.
